1Definitions & Applicability

This document ("Terms") constitutes a legal agreement between the gtc77 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any of its users ("you", "user", "member"). These terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The gtc77 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. Providing accurate age information at registration is mandatory. If a user is found to be under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register on the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• You are opening the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of any third party.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

gtc77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit identity documents (national ID, passport, or driving licence) before a withdrawal is processed or for large transactions. The platform reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold until KYC verification is complete.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. gtc77 will not be liable for losses resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven to have been caused by our negligence.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your personal details change (mobile number, payment account, etc.), update them on the platform immediately or inform us through support. Any delays or issues arising from outdated information are the user's responsibility.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

gtc77 may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a breach of these terms is found.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected.
• Evidence of multiple accounts is found.
• False information is found to have been provided during KYC verification.
• At your own request.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods on the gtc77 platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

After a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is generally completed within 1 hour. However, additional verification may be required in the following situations, which may increase the processing time:

• A large withdrawal being made for the first time.
• KYC verification has not yet been completed.
• A security review is required.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency will not be accepted.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gtc77 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the gtc77 welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may participate in each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• A time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirement — this will be stated in the details of each offer.
• gtc77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is proven (for example, claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The gtc77 VIP program has four tiers. The cashback benefits for each tier are shown in the table below:

Progression from one tier to the next is determined by gaming activity and contribution. Detailed criteria for each VIP tier are available on the relevant page of the platform.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

gtc77 is committed to ensuring a fair environment across all games. Every game is operated impartially through a machine-driven algorithm (RNG).

6.2 Gaming Rules

• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined according to the server log.

6.3 Sports Betting

7Prohibited Activities

8.2 Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection being disconnected.
• Loss of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment systems.
• Financial losses resulting from the normal wins and losses of gaming.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. The support team will assist in resolving the matter. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to the management level. Our decision will be final and binding.
